3️⃣ Orders & Payment
• Order confirmation is subject to successful payment through the following methods:
• PayPal, STC Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer.
• Digital orders cannot be canceled after payment.
• If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
4️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
•⏳ Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Delivery takes 2-7 business days within Saudi Arabia.
• International shipping is not available at the moment.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and the customer is responsible for any additional international shipping or customs charges.
5️⃣ Returns & Exchanges
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days, subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with packaging and accessories intact.
• Digital products cannot be returned.
• The customer bears shipping costs if returning due to a change of mind.
6️⃣ Warranty & Liability
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
•⚠ The warranty does not cover misuse or external damage.
