Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

•Return & Exchange Period: 4 days from the date of receiving the order.

Conditions:

•The product must be in its original condition, with packaging and all accessories intact.

•Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Costs:

•If the issue is caused by the store, we cover the shipping costs.

•If the customer changes their mind, they bear the shipping and return costs.

Non-Returnable Products:

•Digital products (such as codes, software, electronic cards).

•Discounted or promotional items.

Warranty:

•Covers manufacturing defects only.

•⚠ Does not cover misuse or external damage.

•The original invoice must be retained to claim the warranty.
